Jefferson C. Deery joined the firm as an associate trademark lawyer in 2024 after graduating from Belmont University College of Law. Going to law school in Nashville, Jefferson had a unique opportunity to study intellectual property law in the entertainment industry by publishing research on AI and copyright law in the Belmont Entertainment Law Journal, competing on the Transactional Moot Court Team, and hosting a symposium for professionals in the music industry. Jefferson grew up in Orlando then attended Auburn University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Professional and Public writing.
