Timothy Van Dyke

Timothy H. Van Dyke, a registered patent attorney, joined the firm in October 2003 after managing the law firm of Van Dyke & Associates, P.A. for several years. Tim concentrates his practice in the area of intellectual property law, with a particular emphasis on securing domestic and international patent protection in the technical areas of biomedicine, medical devices, regenerative science and pharmaceuticals. Tim also provides services relating to negotiation of patent and trademark licenses, enforcement of intellectual property rights, and conducting non-infringement and freedom to practice studies.
